The apartment spans three levels — ground floor with a large living room, kitchen-diner and fireplace; first floor with two double bedrooms and bathroom; and a top-floor attic room ideal for families. Two wide terraces with barbecue, a small balcony, and panoramic views over the Marche countryside and the sea, as far as Monte Conero.
The borgo itself offers a sea-view swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a solarium, orchard, football pitch, ping-pong area, fitness zone, and a playground. The sea is less than 2 km away — Porto San Giorgio and Marina Palmense beaches are a short drive.
